Orders and Shipping

Depending on your shipping destination, orders take between 3-10 working days to be delivered.

Yes, you can check the status of your order in the My Orders section of your Account page.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.

You can change your shipping address during checkout. For recently placed orders, please contact us before the package is shipped to change the address.

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI payments, securely processed by RazorPay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with an additional fee of ₹30 per order.

Yes, all item prices include a 5% GST.

Returns and Exchanges

If your package is damaged, you can return it. WhatsApp us a picture of the unopened package right after you receive it to initiate the return.

After we receive the returned package, we will initiate your refund, which will be completed within 7-10 days.

For valid returns due to damaged packages, we will cover the return shipping charges. For other reasons, return shipping costs will be chargeable.

Yes, exchanges are possible. Return shipping costs will apply as described in our return policy.

Once your return order is approved, we will inform you of the return address via email.

No, the COD fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
