  • Provide the invoice during the return pickup.
  • Note that once a product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-7 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
